An exciting opportunity to join the Certegy team as a Call Centre Operator within our Authorisations Department is now available. To be seriously considered for this role you must be reliable, diligent and willing. You must also have an outstanding phone manner, solid keyboard skills and be able to think analytically. At Certegy Ezi-Pay we believe in providing quality customer service to both our consumers and merchant alike, as a first point of contact, our Call Centre Operators in Authorisations are responsible for ensuring all inbound (and occasional outbound) calls are handled in a polite and efficient manner.

 

Reporting to the Manager of Authorisations, your key responsible may include:

  • Answering inbound enquiries from Consumers and Merchants;
  • Making the occasional outbound call to follow-up on a decision/outcome;
  • Verifying scanned consumer agreements;
  • Scanning and filing;
  • Adhering to both the Privacy Laws of Australia & New Zealand as well as Certegy’s Internal Policies.

Qualification / Experience Requirements

In addition to the qualities described below, the successful candidate will:

  • Have an ability to multi task and prioritise their workload;
  • Be flexible in regards to their availability;
  • Be a team player that is also confident in working autonomously;
  • Have exceptional communication skills, that is, that they speak clearly & confidently and are good at explaining themselves;
  • Be a quick learner.
